Our respectful government has asked us to get a license before establishing a new web site, and if we don't, our web site will be blocked! Doesn't matter what it includes,
Google,
Microsoft,
Yahoo and all of those who haven't get any license yet, please be fast! If you don't get license from our government, you will be missing this little amount of visitors from inside of Iran becasue you will be blocked. And also InterNIC, pay attention, please be sure that have got our license before registering a domain from Iran.

Though they have
denied it after some hours, but I remember this very clearly that they asked for getting license some months back.
