Hehe, these people are so funny.
They are talk about giving out credit cards in Iran, so when I am going to pay on the 'net, my connection suddenly gets lost either because of wonderful backbones (!) or our phone lines which may be disconnected without any regular reason, and the money which I was going to pay only reduces from my credit card and I don't get what I wanted and make me to repay!
For sure it can be successful, but please first make your connection stable, and then...
I know that they are not talking about credit cards for 'net usage, but sure they are to do this as well.
