As HTC is distributing its products, i-mate is said to be on bankruptcy which is obvious for the companies trying to claim their ownership of a product which is not... When you rely your business on something which might get discontinued anytime from re-branding to supporting unsupported software (those who compare commercial software with the unsupported open source software), that would be the result... Even when it is to i-mate!
