If you have bought GoodReader, you can simply open CHM files as well as keeping them in your library with help of CHMate Lite. These are the steps:
- Transfer your CHM file to your GoodReader library
- Click Manage Files inside GoodReader
- Select the file and choose “Open With…”
- Once CHMate Lite appeared, choose it and it automatically opens in CHMate Lite.
